Information you provide

Hatter Media may receive your name, email address, organization, scheduling details, and the information you choose to include in an inquiry or message. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, or sensitive client records through ordinary email or scheduling notes.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, assess whether a requested service may be a fit, schedule conversations, prepare proposals, deliver agreed work, maintain business records, and protect the service from misuse.

Google Calendar and other service providers

The booking experience uses Google Calendar. When you follow the scheduling link, Google processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. Other third-party services may be used only as needed for communication, hosting, delivery, or an agreed client workflow.

Retention and access

Inquiry and project information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, legal and accounting obligations, dispute handling, security, or an active business relationship. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for those purposes.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit information through the website. You may also ask about access, correction, or deletion of information, subject to legal, contractual, backup, and recordkeeping limits.
